Hands-on business leader and recruitment professional with over twenty-five year’s recruitment experience of which fifteen years have been within the UAE, focusing solely on International Recruitment, Talent Attraction System Design and the integration of cutting-edge technology into Client Talent Attraction, Sourcing and On-boarding Infrastructure.

As the limitations of the traditional search and recruitment service providers continues to be tested in international high growth locations, Jason joined Tesserae Partners in May 2023 to help clients move their Talent Attraction functions into the 21st Century. Our vision is based around the inclusion of AI, Machine Learning, integrated career site functionality and social media sourcing. We build the candidate and client interactions, which is the one skill that technology will ever replace.
