Step One – Our Client provides a Job Description, No-Go list and preferred candidate information to the nominated Tesserae Partners account manager.
Step Two – Tesserae Partners produces and shares an algorithm that targets 300 to 1000 potential, relevant candidates as the master candidate pool.
Step Three – The AI starts the search with each potential candidate receiving a notification, then a separate connection request, followed by a connection acknowledgement and a copy of the JD if requested.
Step Four – Once all potential candidates have been approached, we submit all generated CVs to our Client and send a full list of every candidate who has been approached with the appropriate engagement percentages.
