We are looking for a Project Manager - Development for the Development team of a Confidential Mega-Project in Jeddah/Mecca - Saudi Arabia. For this role, you will :- 

 

JOB SUMMARY

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing real estate development projects from inception to completion. This position requires a blend of project management skills, real estate knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. You will be responsible for coordinating development of the company business strategic projects and to provide effective oversight of single or multiple projects in accordance with all applicable standards to ensure timely delivery according to cost and schedule as well as the efficient governance of workgroups and timely reporting from all stakeholders.

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Project Oversight: Manage all phases of real estate development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This includes planning, execution, and monitoring of project progress 
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and local government officials to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze state and federal housing programs to identify new development opportunities and assess market conditions.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, including forecasting costs and managing expenditures.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, including financial reports and progress assessments.
  • Compliance: Ensures compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to the assigned discipline. Develops and implements policies and procedures within area of expertise. Ensures compliance with corporate policies.
  • Technology: Maintain, develop and embrace understanding an incorporation of new technologies to maximize their impact on the project and its deliverables

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS (MINIMUM)

Education

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, architecture, real estate or construction
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred

Experience

  • Proven experience in project management within the real estate sector, with a strong understanding of construction processes and real estate development 
  • Suggested minimum of 10 years spent within the real estate development arena, with 2 years as a Manager
