We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Director for a Confidential Project in Jeddah/Mecca.
JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Talent Acquisition will lead our recruitment efforts across the project and company and be responsible for the identification, attraction and selection of all FTE staff. This role is crucial in shaping our workforce and ensuring we attract top talent to drive our projects forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly within the real estate or construction sectors, and will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, as well as managing our strategic partners and service providers. The incumbent should have an excellent understanding of new technologies and their implementation in the talent space.

Team Management: Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in talent acquisition within the real estate industry.
Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates, utilizing social media, job fairs, and industry events.
Process Optimization: Streamline the recruitment process to improve efficiency and candidate experience, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Metrics and Reporting: Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process to build a diverse workforce.
